        1. 有機浸滲的意義The meaning of organic infiltration

          金屬鑄件是將液體狀態的金屬注入到模具里制造出來的,由于它可以在一定的質量范圍內大量地廉價地制作出同樣的鑄件,所以,被人們廣泛采用。

        近幾年來,鑄造技術的發展十分顯著,多用于像以汽車發動機為主的生產,以大量生產為目的,與此同時,其存在的需要解決的問題也廣為人知。其中的一個問題是在金屬溶液固化時,因體積收縮會產生微孔和砂眼。帶微孔的鑄件經過反復加工后,有可能產生液體、氣體的泄漏。如果設計的鑄件形狀復雜,就不容易防止微孔的產生,它直接就成了不合格的產品,要提高合格品的制造成本,就會影響生產計劃的安排。

          如果對泄漏鑄件進行有機浸滲處理,可以使合格率幾乎達到100%,既可以降低制造成本有可以提高質量和生產數量。采用本公司生產的有機浸滲液進行處理,可以使不合格的鑄件達到合格,并且處理時間短,成本低。

If the manufacturing cost of the qualified product is increased, it will affect the arrangement of the production plan.

        If the leaking castings are treated with organic infiltration, the pass rate can be almost 100%, which can not only reduce the manufacturing cost but also improve the quality and production quantity. Using the organic impregnation solution produced by our company can make the unqualified castings qualified, and the processing time is short and the cost is low.

         

        2.有機浸滲劑90C的使用工目的Purpose of use of organic impregnating agent 90C

        采用有機浸滲劑處理(有機浸滲劑90C)的效果如下所示。

        A)賦予耐壓,密封機能:將浸滲液充填到內外相通的微孔里,可起到密封作用。

        B)賦予耐腐蝕機能:堵住相通或不相通的微孔,可防止內部腐蝕。

        C)合成處理的預處理:充填凹進去的處理面,可防止變色、腐蝕、剝落、以及膨脹。

        D)提高切削加工機能:充滿金屬內部的浸滲液,可起到潤滑劑的作用。

        E)提高物理強度:浸滲液充滿并堵住樂微孔內部,縫隙減小物理強度

          可得到提高。

        F)提高絕緣性:堵住內部空洞,可提高起保護作用的電阻值。

        90C是把車間操作人員擔心的不合理之處降到最小限度的有機浸滲劑。從操作人員的角度出發,被浸滲物在品質上具有以下的良好特征。

        A)它是有主劑以及固化劑兩種液體組成的有機浸滲液。

          →因其由兩種液體組成,所以,明顯提高了它的保存性能不會像單一液體那樣,在新的液體保存時發生質量異常的情況。再有,這兩種液體的互溶性很好,混合時十分省事,混合后的浸滲液十分穩定,保 管方法也非常簡單。

         

        B)該浸滲液為水溶性,附著在被浸滲物的剩余浸滲液可以用水清洗掉。

          →不必使用很費事的有機溶劑,由于也沒有添加界面活性劑,所以,不會給固化物造成不良影響。

         

        C)設計上采用了低粘度設計,以便盡快大量地回收剩余浸滲液。

        →通常將被浸滲物整個浸泡在很大地浸滲罐里,如果盡可能回收

        沾附在其表面剩余的浸滲液,就可以降低成本。

         

        D)由于真空狀態下的浸滲液的沸點非常高,所以可減輕真空泵的負荷。

          →在10torr(10AHg)以下的真空狀態下液體的沸點會急劇下降。

          90C在減壓下狀態下的沸點非常高,不會給真空泵造成負擔。

         

        E)在安全衛生方面也考慮得很周到。

          →雖然在處理裝置的設計上會有所不同,但是,在進行浸滲處理時, 周圍常?;\罩著浸滲液霧,有時浸滲液還可能直接接觸到皮膚。即使 這樣,您也能很放心地使用該浸滲液。

        D) Since the boiling point of the impregnating liquid in the vacuum state is very high, the load on the vacuum pump can be reduced.

        The boiling point of 90C under reduced pressure is very high and will not burden the vacuum pump.

          E)燃點 :主劑為109℃為危險物質第4類第3石油類(消防法)

          F)固化條件:熱水固化 溫度為90℃時間為10分鐘以內

                     熱風固化 溫度為120-140℃以上時間為10-30分鐘

          G)氣味 :微臭

          H) 包裝:20KG 一套主劑19.9KG20L罐)+固化劑0.1KG(0.1L)

          I) 儲藏穩定性:1年(未開封  陰涼處)

        A) Appearance: transparent color (mixed liquid)

         下述所示的是具有代表性的,在苛刻條件下進行的耐久性能試驗。

        試驗條件

          試驗工件材質:AC-4C(砂型鑄造)

         

          對產生泄漏的工件實施真空加壓浸滲處理

          加入氣壓為0.1MPa的壓力,實施封孔確認的試驗

        A)耐熱性200℃×50小時 合格

          →在保持200℃的恒溫槽內連續放置50個小時的苛刻條件下進行的密封性結果良好。

         

        B) 耐熱水性100℃×10小時合格

          →在保持100℃的熱水中連續放置10個小時的苛刻條件下進行的密封性結果為良好。

         

        C)耐機油性120℃×50小時合格

          →在保持120℃的機油中連續放置50個小時的苛刻條件下進行的密封性結果為良好。

         

        D)耐LLC100℃×10小時合格

          →在保持100℃的LLC中連續放置10個小時的苛刻條件下進行的密封性結果為良好。

         

        E)耐潤滑性120℃×50小時合格

          →在保持120℃的潤滑油中連續放置50小時的苛刻條件下進行的密封性結果為良好。

         

        F)耐汽油性室溫×7天合格

          →在室溫條件下的輕油中連續放置7天,在暴露條件下進行的密封性結果為良好。

         

        H)耐燈油性室溫×7天合格

          →在室溫條件下的燈油中連續放置7天,在暴露條件下進行的密封性結果為良好

         

        I)耐氟利昂性R22室溫×7天合格

         →在室溫條件下的氟利昂性R22中連續放置7天,在暴露條件下進行的密封性結果為良好

         

        J) 耐氟利昂性R134A室溫×7天合格

        →在室溫條件下的氟利昂性R134A中連續放置7天,在暴露條件下進行的密封性結果為良好

         

        K)冷熱循環性-20℃×1小時—150℃×1小時50次循環合格

        →利用冷熱循環試驗器進行的密封性結果為良好

         

        L)震動試驗JIS標準震動試驗 合格

         →利用冷熱循環試驗器進行的密封性結果為良好進行的密封性結果為良好

         

         M) MIL-I-6869D各種試驗  合格

         →按照MIL 標準規定的耐噴沙、耐油脂清洗、涂漆影響等的試驗全都合格

        Test conditions

        → After 7 consecutive days in kerosene at room temperature, the result of sealing under exposed conditions is good

        I) Freon resistance R22 room temperature × 7 days qualified

        → After being placed in Freon R22 at room temperature for 7 consecutive days, the result of sealing under exposure conditions is good

        J) Freon resistance R134A room temperature × 7 days qualified

        → After 7 days of continuous storage in Freon-based R134A at room temperature, the result of sealing under exposure conditions was good

        K) Hot and cold cycle -20℃×1 hour—150℃×1 hour 50 cycles are qualified

        6.使用注意事項Precautions for use:

        1.  浸滲的產品不能有水..金屬雜質

        2.  浸滲劑的保存應在28℃以下環境

        3.  浸滲劑要經常過濾,保持干凈無雜質
